For those of you that missed it, here’s a short and sweet time lapse video of China’s 1 hour long ‘V-Day Military Parade’. 12,000 troops, 500 pieces of military hardware and 200 aircraft – Enjoy!
In preparation for this momentous V-Day Military Parade, thousands of factories were shut to clean the air, cars were removed from the roads, and birds even removed from trees. They also shut down the city centre, shut down China’s largest airport and even parts of the subway, telling the population of Beijing look out of their windows.
